The ICFT 2012 papers will be published into proceedings. All the papers will be indexed by both EBSCO and Thomson ISI Proceedings. About 10 papers selected from registered ones will be published in the International Journal of Innovation, Management and Technology (IJTEF, ISSN:2010-023X) free of charge.
